1. FC Kaiserslautern introduced a whistleblower system on 01 July 2023. We are looking forward to performing this further important task in the context of compliance and the Whistleblower Protection Act for employers in sport:
"FCK's whistleblower system - report incidents in a protected manner
For 1. FC Kaiserslautern e.V. and 1. FC Kaiserslautern GmbH & Co. KGaA, compliance with legal regulations and internal rules of conduct is a top priority. 1. FC Kaiserslautern resolutely opposes any form of corruption, fraud and other breaches of the law. As part of its compliance management system, 1. FC Kaiserslautern has appointed an external and independent legal ombudsperson as of 01 July 2023 to receive and process information.
The ombudsperson of 1. FC Kaiserslautern, lawyer and specialist lawyer for sports law Prof. Dr. Cherkeh, is available to employees (full-time and honorary) and officials (including former ones), cooperation and business partners as well as other third parties as a personal contact person, in order to receive information and tips from them regarding possible violations of laws or rules (including, for example, violations of labour protection and data protection regulations, codes of conduct, mobbing, racism, discrimination, sexualised violence).
