The Freiburg public prosecutor's office has discontinued the preliminary proceedings initiated against our client (professional cyclist in a UCI WorldTour team) on suspicion of violating the anti-doping law in accordance with Section 170 (2) of the German Code of Criminal Procedure (StPO) due to a lack of suspicion.
