The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has fully dismissed the appeal of the Nationale Anti Doping Agentur Deutschland (NADA) (National Anti Doping Agency Germany) against the first instance award of the German Court of Arbitration for Sport of the Deutsche Institution für Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit (DIS) (German Institution of Arbitration) vollumfänglich abgewiesen. Former German speed skater Robert Lehmann-Dolle was thus also acquitted of all doping charges by the second instance.
KERN CHERKEH (Prof. Dr. Cherkeh) successfully advised and represented Robert Lehmann-Dolle in the appeal proceedings before the CAS in cooperation with Walder Wyss (Basel, Zurich).
