We are pleased that we were able to successfully represent the German Boxing Association (DBV) in preliminary injunction proceedings before the Kassel Regional Court. It was important that the DBV's nomination process for the Olympic Games can now continue undisturbed and that the focus is once again solely on the athletes' sporting achievements.
