The 2023 conference proceedings of the German Association for Sports Law (DVSR - Konstanzer Arbeitskreis) have just been published. This volume contains all the presentations given at last year's conference in Wörlitz on the title topic ‘Data protection and personal rights in sport’, including Prof Cherkeh's contribution ‘The NADA publication practice in arbitration awards in Germany and its implementation under data protection law’.
