On the occasion of the 49th DLV Association Congress on 17.04.2021, Prof. Dr. Cherkeh was elected by the delegates as a member of the DLV Association Legal Committee for a further four years. He holds the office of deputy chairman there.
The DLV's sports jurisdiction is exercised by the Association's Legal Committee in accordance with the provisions of the DLV Rules of Law and Procedure (RVO-DLV), with the exception of the facts regulated in the Anti-Doping Code. The Association Law Committee consists of the chairman and a total of six assessors, who must belong to different state professional associations.
