From the module description:
This module is designed to introduce students to the relevant key points of sports law as well as to help them to be able to accurately classify the elementary link between sports, business and law in their future professional practice.
This module will cover the following sections, some of which build on each other:
Law of associations
Sports jurisdiction
Liability, compliance and insurance
Sponsoring
Event marketing and protection against ambush marketing
Media rights
Labor law
Doping and other criminal law aspects of sport
EU law and sport.
