The SpVgg Greuther Fürth introduced a whistleblower system on 16 June 2023. We look forward to performing this further important task in the context of compliance and the Whistleblower Protection Act:
"Contact point for the protected submission of whistleblowers.
Since 16 June 2023, Prof. Dr. Rainer Cherkeh, lawyer and specialist solicitor for sports law, has been available to the Spielvereinigung as an external ombudsperson (at the same time "internal reporting office" according to the Whistleblower Protection Act) to confidentially receive tips on potential violations of laws and regulations in connection with the activities of the SPVGG GREUTHER FÜRTH.
