Sports Governance Kodex verabschiedet - Prof. Cherkeh Mitglied der Gründungskommission
For the first time, a voluntary, self-imposed set of rules for the good governance of clubs and other sports organizations is available for German sports. The Sports Governance e.V. association has developed a Sports Governance Code (www.sports-governance-kodex.org) with a founding commission of 28 experts. The code, which was adopted in mid-June, defines a standard for good governance in sports organizations that can be used as a guide by associations, leagues and clubs of all sports and all sizes. By submitting a declaration of conformity, sports organizations can document their commitment to good governance and express their willingness to remedy any deficits that may exist.
