The Court of Appeal of the Bundesverbandes Deutscher Gewichtheber (BVDG) (Federal Association of German Weightlifters)), in its decision of 24.03.2022, overturned the previous decision of its Legal Committee (Evaluation of the national league competition Chemnitzer AC - SSV Samswegen from 30.10.2021) aufgehoben und die ursprüngliche Wettkampfwertung wiederhergestellt.and restored the original competition evaluation. In its reasons for the decision, the court of appeal fully agreed with the legal opinion of SSV Samswegen 1884 e.V..
